Pedigree

We are beyond excited to add this well bred older mare to our herd. Josie carries some incredible old running blood up close in her pedigree to go along with her nice conformation and great mind. She is a proven barrel horse that is now retired to the broodmare band. She is currently in Kansas and will be coming home this fall.

Josie is a daughter of the great stallion Cajo, who had 81.5 AQHA performance points, his ROM in barrel racing in both Amateur and Open, and his Superior in Open barrel racing. Also close up in her pedigree are Rocket Wrangler, Rare Bar, Jets Pay Day, Rare Jet, Three Bars, Jet Deck, Go Man Go, Fols Native and Beduino. 

Josie is bred to Fols Native Bull for a 2024 foal.
